How To Incorporate Disney Into Your Everyday Life

Have you ever wondered how you could add more Disney to your day? Well, here are some tips on doing so.

1. Listen to all kinds of Disney music as your alarm clock, when you are getting ready, walking/driving to school or where you are going, doing your work, or doing any other activity during your day.

2. If you don't have any way of listening to some Disney music, just sing it to yourself and others! It's okay if you don't think you can sing well, all that matters is that you are singing Disney music. Other people around you may even join in on singing with you and you can all enjoy the happiness that comes with singing together.

3. Quote any Disney quote you can. My favorite quote is "If you can dream it, you can do it" ~ Tom Fitzgerald. You can quote Walt himself, or any of your favorite Disney movies. "Faith Trust and Pixiedust" ~ Tinker Bell.

4. You can also watch Disney videos online. My favorites to watch are all the parades and shows, but also the videos of people having the time of their lives. This makes me happy to see others enjoying something that makes me happy.

Now, these are just a few things you can do every day to add more Disney into your life. There are many other things you can do, just be creative!

I'm Back

Hello! I know it's been a while since I've posted anything. I was having a great summer daydreaming about going to Disneyland for the 60th Anniversary. It's been 166 days since I've been, but it feels like and eternity. I miss the smell of fresh popcorn, cotton candy, and churros walking around, the sound of children laughing (sometimes crying because they don't want to leave), the excitement shared from person to person waiting in line for their favorite ride, but most of all I miss the feeling of being "home". When I'm at Disneyland I feel accepted by everyone and I know there are people around me who are just as obsessed as I am. I want to go sometime soon so I can see all the new 60th decorations. The castle is decorated with diamonds and there are new shows.
There is a brand new parade called "Paint the Night Parade" which is a parade that takes place at night down Main Street and the rest of the park. It is a new and improved electric light parade with a bunch of Disney's well-known favorites like Ariel, Toy Story, Tinkerbell, Frozen and many more with Mickey Mouse taking the end of the parade to leave you breathless! It is an upbeat parade with upbeat music and dancing that gets the crowd pumped and excited to be there! The children will want to get up and dance and so will the adults.
The World of Color has to be one of my absolute favorite shows at Disneyland, but it has changed and I can't wait to see it in person.  It brings me to tears every time because it makes me think how lucky I am to be at Disneyland with the people I love. This is a beautiful contribution to Walt himself who is full of magic! Neil Patrick Harris is narrating it and interacting with Mickey Mouse himself. There are many well-known songs and movie clips in this show with special clips of Walt himself. Walt is my role model and just seeing how successful he was and to see what his park has become today makes me ecstatic.
"I hope we don't loose sight of one thing- that it was all started by a mouse" -Walt Disney
I am planning in the near future to go and experience all the 60th experience for myself, but for now, I am stuck living through my computer screen wishing I was there. I will just have to stick to listening to Disney music on my free time, watching movies, and watching YouTube videos of all the parades and rides until I am able to go again.

My Trip To Disneyland

On Thursday, April 9, 2015, I went to LA to perform at the Heritage Festival with the String Orchestra and Band classes. On the way there, we sang (mostly Disney songs), played games, and did lots of sleeping. It was an extremely exciting bus ride because there was so much enthusiasm within all of us. It was a long 10 hour drive, but once we got there we were so happy for the rest of our trip. On Friday, April 10, we had to perform at the Heritage Festival early in the morning. After we performed, we went to the Hollywood Walk of Fame for a few hours. We just went into all the stores there and looked at all the stars. After that, we went to Buca di Beppo for dinner. The next morning, Saturday, April 11, we all got up early to leave for Disneyland! We got there at about 8am and rushed into the park because we were so excited. Our first ride was Radiator Spring Racers. It was also one of my friend's first time going to Disneyland. Through the day, we went on Radiator Spring Racers, Tower of Terror, California Screamin', Ariel, Splash Mountain, Teacups, Snow White, Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Indiana Jones. It was a fun but busy day. We stayed in the park until 12 (closing time) and didn't get to our bus until 1am. The next day, Sunday, April 12, we left the hotel at 9am to start heading home. It was another 10 hour bus ride home and we got back at about 7pm.

My New Year's Resolution

For my New Year's Resolution, I want to go to Disneyland. The last time I went to Disneyland (although it may not seem a long time ago to you, it is to me) was March 16-21, 2013. Disneyland is my favorite place in the world! The next time I go, I want to go on all of my favorite rides like Tower of Terror, Space Mountain, California Screamin', Pirates of the Caribbean, and Indiana Jones, but there is no bad ride at Disneyland, so I'm sure I will make time to ride all of them! And OF CORSE I have to meet my favorite characters like Tinker Bell, Mickey Mouse, Peter Pan, and if I'm lucky, Anna and Elsa!

My other Resolution is I want to post some more on my blog. I'm not quite sure what to talk about so, if you would comment and tell me some ideas, I will try my best to make a post about them. Would you like me to talk more about Disneyland, some movies, Disney secrets, a certain character, Disney history, or even Walt himself?
